We were told we could negotiate but once they know you have reservations, you're at their mercy. When we arrived at Kuza, we were taken back to the beach and told that our Mexican flavors class was at 9:15am and then another staff member told us 9:30. We arrived around 9:20…”

“The cooking class from start to finish was fantastic. Tania our chef and host was so kind, fun and knowledgeable. Our group met her at the supermarket, and we gathered all the ingredients. We went back to her house and began cooking and making margaritas. Our group consisted of one non-cook, to a few novice cooks, to a trained professional chef of 35 plus years. We all learned, laughed, and enjoyed the entire experience. I would highly recommend this activity, if you like to eat delicious food from the Yucatán.”
