“BEWARE - This SCUBA operator was not able to fulfill the service as they did not inform us that the dive trip was only available to those staying in Cozumel (and we were staying in Playa Del Carmen directly across the bay). We provided all information (including location) as part of the original booking - but they only informed us they could not fulfill dive service the day before outing. We tried to be flexible and move our schedule around to do an alternate day - but after much back and forth (continually asking for pickup location) we were told the morning of the SCUBA outing they could not provide…”
