“We were picked up over 30 minutes late, one person stopped by the pickup site and told us it was due to an accident which I can understand, but the person that actually picked us up said there was no accident. The worst part was finally eating lunch at 4:00, we were very hungry and had dinner reservations at 6. That is way too late for lunch. Our guide, David, was outstanding and very knowledgeable.”

“The ATV ride was in a circle on this guy’s property to two “holes” in the ground. There is more driving in a car than riding on a 4 wheeler. The “all inclusive lunch” is a small chicken fajita - the same guy who owns the adventure company owns the all inclusive. The all inclusive is super small. Small beach swim area. Small beach. Very pushy venders set up all over the place. Poor experience over all.”

“I embark on tours in Mexico with a certain reduced expectation, as I have been on many. Generally, the equipment is a little run down, the workers are busting their humps to keep the equipment running, and the experience isn't all it is purported to be by the glossy brochures. This tour, however, is the bottom of the barrel. In fact, it was so bad, it was comical, and my son and I laughed pretty much the whole time, which, conversely, actually may have made the tour worth it from sheer ridiculousness. Let me expand. My son and I arrived early, so had a chance to inspect a broken machine…”

Called their number to ask wtf since we’ve been waiting at the meeting point (Starbucks at the mall) and the lady said there’s nothing she can do although she understands and admits it was their fault. We’re on a cruise with limited time so it’s a screw us attitude since they’re packed and don’t care., DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. Unreliable and irresponsible.”
