“This was the craziest experience I ever had. Crazy in a good way. It was scary when I first got in, but after I took a few deep breaths it was amazing! The staff members were so nice and reassuring. My mom tried to back out, but the staff calmed her down and helped her relax while underwater. I’m glad they helped her out and she got to experience this. There were so many beautiful fish and sea creatures. We got to feed the fish while underwater. We held starfish, sea cucumbers, a conch, and even a baby stingray! This was the best experience ever! “It was great, the van met our needs and was comfortable. Everyone we met with the company were super nice, friendly and helpful. The only small issue is it is a little bit of a walk outside the terminal with tons of people yelling at you to sell things. We were dropped off at the cruise terminal on the way back which was great. If the pickup could be a little closer would have been better but still very happy with the experience and would use again and recommend.”
