Der Reiseveranstalter hat uns angeboten den vollen Preis zu zahlen und bei Viator nach einer Erstattung zu fragen. Eine angebliche Mitarbeiterin von Viator bestätigte die Ersattung und wir buchten (zum doppelten Preis) die Fahrt neu. Es hat leider keine Erstattung stattgefunden und die Mitarbeiterin meldet sich auch nicht mehr. Ich kann viator nicht empfehlen.”
